Excellent Service
(Mon, Feb 15, '10):
The best thing about this place is the service. The waiter spoke English, French and Japanese (take your pick) and knew everything about how the food was cooked. I also enjoyed their homemade bread. The crayfish was my favourite (see the Valentine Day's menu picture). Unfortunately, the main course on the set menu was pigeon (flown in from France of course) and it was gamier than I would have liked (or perhaps I'm just not that sophisticated) which resulted in the relatively low food rating. The location is also something to be desired but it does mean relatively uncrowded restaurant. Bottom line: because it's good value, I would go back. I just wouldn't order the pigeon.
