Fantastic

Chez Olivier is one of the new french restaurant in town that you can't miss. Open by an ex-sous-chef of Tour d'Argent in Paris (two Michelin stars) who came to Tokyo about 10 years ago to teach french cooking at Cordon blueu tokyo. Oliver is a very approachable and humble michelin to-be chef. His food is amazing and the flavor of each dishes is distinct and unforgettable. The place is small but not too crowded. Enough space for a small year end party. While Olivier is the orchestrating the deliver of his impeccable food, you have the maitre d'hotel Frederic, an ex-chef himself, explaining you all the details of each dishes. How it is cooked, why and some history. A great place to hang out with friends with a down to earth type of atmosphere. Their price is also very reasonable. For the type of food they serve, they can easily charge 2 time the price.
