Food is good Service is Bad  (Mon, Jan 4, '10): The pizzas here are pretty good, but the service is very bad. Even to get a simple glass of warm water it seemed like they were doing me a favour. Not the level of service you expect in a restaurant in Tokyo. I would have tolerated this level of service elsewhere but in Japan this is really bad.
